Perhaps best known for his exciting fighting style in the sport of MMA, few fight fans knew of Octagon MMA’s Geo Pacarariu’s sterling credentials as a professional kickboxer. However, on Friday night Pacarariu impressed the masses with an exciting bout with Dutch kickboxing sensation Tommy Diekmann in the main event of Legacy Kickboxing 2 in Shreveport, LA.
Over three hard-fought rounds, Pacarariu used his reach and size advantage to keep the hard-charging Diekmann at the end of his glove and out of harms way. In the end the judges saw the fight closer than most observers but Pacarariu was awarded the split decision.
