I’m going to give an update on the Capitals everyday to keep you guys informed on what the Rangers opposition is up to….
According to Katie Carerra at the Washington Post, D Dennis Wideman, who the Capitals acquired at the trade deadline, is still recovering from a leg hematoma and compartment syndome and is not expected to play in the first round.

Sturm-Arnott-Semin
Laich-Johansson-Chimera
Hendricks-Gordon-Bradley
Mike Green remains out after suffering a concussion from a Derek Stepan elbow on February 25th.
…not having either Green nor Wideman will be a big loss for the Caps. Could this mean a spot for ex-Ranger Tom Potii?
