Craig Custance at the Sporting News says it’s a $7.5 million cap hit per year meaning it’s a $37.5 million deal.
…i thought he’d get ridiculous money, but this cap hit is very managable.
…fyi, Gaborik’s cap hit is also $7.5 million per.

Steven Stamkos has agreed to terms on a five-year contract with the #TBLightning.
…i know this is a Rangers blog, but a lot of you were interested in seeing the Rangers send Stamkos an offer sheet. Oh well.
