According to Andrew Gross, Brad Richards sat out today’s practice with what is being called a maintenance day, while Brandon Dubinsky also missed the morning session with the flu.
During practice, John Tortorella had the team do push-ups while yelling at them about having no rebound shots Saturday night in Montreal (via Katie Strang).
Gross adds that a point of emphasis during practice was shots on goal.
…sounds like Torts was feeling the same way I was this morning about getting shots on net.
