If you remember the absolutely epic Ramsay Roundtable (Part 1, Part 2) I did with my good friends Sean Keely from the great Nunes Magician and Brian Harrison from the also great Orange 44, you are in for a surprise. Last night, Sean, Brian and I recorded a podcast. It was the first podcast I have ever been a guest on. It was a ton of fun. The conversation was mainly about MasterChef. We sprinkled in some talk about what they do with the food, how they keep the food warm, what that big room they walk through to the pantry is, our top 3 picks and more. We also talked a little about what the ultimate purpose of these shows is, Top Chef compared against Hell’s Kitchen, spoilers, when we are seeing the Dark Knight, but not Gordon Ramsay’s new hotel show. It was a lot of fun. I’m very happy that they brought me along for the ride.
