Pat Leonard says Jeff Woywitka was seen wincing as he tested out his injured foot during the morning skate.

Leonard adds that Woywitka felt more mobile today, but will work with the trainers to determine if he can play tonight in New Jersey.

…i’d rather see a healthy Erixon in there over an injured Woywitka any day. Let’s hope for a scratch for the Rangers defenseman.

Speaking of Erixon, Leonard tweets out this pic of his “locker” at the Prudential Center…

For additional line-up news including Sean Avery being scratched tonight click the “Read More” tab below.

As far as the line-up goes, the Rangers say that Henrik Lundqvist will be back in goal, while Artem Anisimov will return to the line-up after missing Saturday night’s game with the flu.

Sean Avery and Erik Christensen will be healthy scratches.

…really hate to see Avery scratched tonight. These are the games he thrives in and could really be a difference maker.
