Update, 12:59 p.m.:
Larry Brooks at the New York Post reports that Biron will not start tonight due to the flu and that Henrik Lundqvist will be back in goal.

Chad Johnson has been recalled from Hartford to serve as tonight’s backup.

Original Post:
Steve Zipay at Newsday reports that Martin Biron will get the start against the Winnipeg Jets tonight.

Biron has started the Rangers two previous games against the Jets allowing one combined goal in those games, both Rangers wins.

…smart move by Torts allowing Hank to get a long rest going into All Star weekend. This should have the Rangers star goaltender fresh and ready to go for the stretch run.

Meanwhile, Pat Leonard at the Daily News reports that Erik Christensen should be rejoining Rangers after today having completed his conditioning stint with the Whale.

…get ready for an undefeated second half of the season now folks. lol
