The Rangers report that Michael Del Zotto is taking his hip injury day by day and might skate tomorrow, but isn’t sure if he’ll be able to play against the Bruins on Sunday…
Del Zotto on the injury…
“I just wasn’t myself (Thursday). I didn’t have my explosion because of the pain. It makes no sense for me to play at far below 100% when we have guys ready to go in that are 100%.”
…Rangers missed Del Zotto’s puck moving ability last night and could again find it difficult to create much offense on Sunday without their best offensive defensman and most likely Callahan.
