“That one hurt. I was struggling the whole third period. I told Marty (Biron) to be ready in case I couldn’t go. A couple of times I said I’m out of here, because I couldn’t really hold the stick. So it was tough in the third. Luckily they didn’t shoot any hard, high shots because that would have been tough for me. But I wanted to stay out there. It was a fun game.”
…assuming because Lundqvist was able to finish the game it’s nothing serious. And with the Rangers clinching the #1 seed, fully expect Biron to get the start in Pittsburgh tomorrow night.
