Mike Rupp’s fight with Jody Shelley wasn’t one of the most memorable of his career as he took a beating from the former Ranger.
What’s more concerning, however, is that Rupp only played one shift for the remainder of the game because of an apparent neck injury he sustained during the fight. Jim Cerny of the Rangers gave this status on Rupp yesterday…

…that’s video I’m sure Rupp would like burned. Can’t win ’em all I guess. But if Rupp isn’t winning fights, what is he actually doing to help this team right now.
