Abe’s College Football Picks – Week 11

OregonStanford

On my college football picks bye week, I learned how to speak Cajun.

Baylor 45, Oklahoma 37 – Two top-ten college football games on Thursday night, none on Saturday! Long live the TV contracts!

Oregon 44, Stanford 28 – The Ducks run fast, Stanford. Too fast.

Florida State 90, Wake Forest 13 – Believe it or not, the mighty Demon Deacons aren't the boys you want to see when you need a difficult strength of schedule.

Auburn 31, Tennessee 10 – So it turns out Auburn is good now. Damn.

USC 34, California 14 – The 1-8 Golden Bears are FOX's national game of the week. Long live those TV contracts! Gooooooo FOX and their super coverage of the Jonathan Martin story!

Texas A&M 54, Mississippi State 21 – The Aggies' lowest point total in a game this year is 41. Other than that, down with Johnny Manziel and his wandering autographs!

Wisconsin 24, BYU 20 – So Bret Bielema, how 'bout them Badgers!?

Nebraska 22.3, Michigan 21.6 – What, Devin Gardner didn't know about the ancient curse of Tom Harmon when he took his jersey number?

Miami 30, Virginia Tech 21 – Someone needs to explain the difference between the Coastal and Atlantic divisions of the ACC to me.

Texas 17, West Virginia 15 – Hook 'Em to hell, Mack Brown!

Alabama 41, LSU 24 – Les Miles will be clapping… But not very much.

Notre Dame 23, Pittsburgh 14 – I just can't get a read on Pitt. Maybe that's because I've never seen them play…

UCLA 45, Arizona 31 – Unfortunately for the Pac-12 South, this game no longer matters very much.
