The Oregon Ducks will play host to a struggling Washington Huskies on Wednesday. Since the dismissal of center Robert Upshaw for a violation of team rules, the Huskies have struggled defensively and have given up 84 and 90 points in their last two outings. Conversely, after losing two straight games to Washington schools, the Ducks have rebounded quite nicely, winning three of their last four. Despite a massive loss to #6 Arizona during the four game stretch, Oregon is playing well at the moment and their opponents are not.

This rivalry game has a get-in price of $18, with the average cost of a ticket currently at $36, according to to TiqIQ. Hotels in Eugene, Oregon have rooms available for as little as $89, so the total cost of a ticket to the game, as well as a hotel room would be just $107.

Senior guard, Joseph Young, has been leading the Ducks offense all season. His 18.7 points per game and 3.6 assists have made the Ducks one of the better offenses in the NCAA this season. They average the 24th most ppg and 31st most rebounds per game in the country this year. Defensively they have not been too great, allowing 71.1 ppg to opponents. Junior forward Elgin Cook was instrumental in the Oregon offense in their last outing against Arizona State. While Young struggled to get going, Cook picked up the slack and scored a team high 23 points in the 68-67 overtime victory over the Sun Devils.

Washington will not have to worry about their problems in the paint against the Ducks, as Oregon often plays with four guards. The absence of Upshaw, who averaged 8.2 rebounds per game and 4.5 blocks, will play less of a role then it has in their previous outings. The Huskies most recently lost to Cal thanks to a Dwight Tarwater buzzer beater. Offensively, Nigel Williams-Gross, who averages 15.2 ppg and just over 6 assists per game, leads the Huskies charge. When the two teams faced on January 18th, Andrew Andrews of Washington led the Huskies second half comeback, scoring a game-high 21 points for Washington. The Huskies outscored Oregon 53-35 in the second half to win the game 85-77.
