It is slightly more expensive for fans who want to stay in Boston as room rates for Boston hotels begin at $99. The hotels located in Boston are also going to be a 30-45 minute drive to the stadium, depending upon actual location and traffic, so make sure to review all the different travel options at Hipmunk so you can make an informed decision.

New England was unceremoniously eliminated from the postseason two years ago when Joe Flacco and the Ravens defeated the Patriots 28-13 in the AFC Conference Championship game. Also taking place at Gillette Stadium, the meeting between the two teams looked like it was going to be a Patriots victory as Tom Brady and company took a 13-7 lead entering the half. But Baltimore scored 21 unanswered points in the second half and did not allow a single point, clinching the game with a late interception off Brady in the end zone with less than two minutes to go.

This Ravens team is certainly different than the squad that last came to New England, but many familiar faces are still present. Flacco will be at the helm, and will look to repeat his 240 yard, three touchdown performance of the 2013 AFC Conference Championship. In addition, Terrell Suggs will be lining up on the defensive side of the ball, coming off a game with six tackles and an interception.

The Patriots are an early touchdown favorite, but it’s very possible many fans will be expecting a much closer outcome this Saturday. With a whole week of hype and preparation, both teams will need to stay focused off the gridiron so they can perform at their best Saturday afternoon.
