Nate Robinson has been a revelation for the Bulls this season in Derrick Rose's absence. Hopefully he doesn't continue the same great play tonight in Brooklyn

The Chicago Bulls, as referenced by their 28-17 record on the season, have barely missed a beat even with their franchise point guard being out for all of the season so far due to injury. That wouldn't be possible without the efforts of Rose's replacements in Kirk Hinrich and Nate Robinson, both of whom have filled in admirably for Chicago's favorite son. Along with Luol Deng and Joakim Noah–both of whom were selected as Eastern Conference All-Stars–the Bulls and coach Tom Thibodeau have been fine so far this year, fine enough to lead their Central Division and be at the top of the conference standings.

The defensive identity they have established under Thibodeau has been maintained even without Rose on the floor, making Chicago still an awfully-scary team to play. The Nets faced that fact firsthand back in December during a 83-82 loss at the United Center in Chicago that spoiled great games by Joe Johnson, Brook Lopez, and Deron Williams. Consistent Net-killer Marco Belinelli led the way for the Bulls with 19 points as Luol Deng scored 17 in the win.

Probable Lineups

CHI- Hinrich (PG), Hamilton (SG), Deng (SF), Gibson (PF), Noah (C)

BKN- D-Will (PG), Johnson (SG), Wallace (SF), Evans (PF), Lopez (C)

Final Thoughts

The Nets got absolutely punked by the Heat on Wednesday, and desperately need a good showing tonight both for standings and confidence purposes. A game in which the Big Three have to show up in.
