Dooling spent two full seasons with the Nets, playing in 130 games and averaging around 8.5 points per game while in a mainly back-up role with the team |
A little pregame news as one-time Net, point guard Keyon Dooling, has been signed for the rest of the season by the Memphis Grizzlies, and is also eligible for the playoffs. Dooling was acquired by the Nets from the Orlando Magic in the summer of 2008 and spent the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons in New Jersey, backing up Devin Harris effectively. The former Missouri Tiger looks to serve a pretty important role for Memphis in being the #2 point guard for the Grizzlies after starter Mike Conley Jr.
