Game 79 Recap: Nets 117, Pacers 109. The One Where the Lead Was Held, Barely
Deron scored 20 in the 2nd quarter, and 33 on the game. He's ready for the playoffs

It became a little nervous at the end, but last night–at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis–the Brooklyn Nets took down yet another Eastern Conference playoff team en route to a 4th-straight win. In beating the Pacers, currently holding the #3 seed over the Nets, Brooklyn was able to whether a Gerald Wallace injury absence to rush out to a 20+ point lead on the Pacers before blowing it in the 3rd and 4th quarters, watching Indy take the lead before grabbing it right back. After re-snatching the advantage, Brooklyn held off the Pacers for the final few minutes, ending up with a big, big win.

Some other observations I had from the game: #ReggieEvansReboundWatch: 12. #ReggieEvansTechnicalFoulWatch: 2. #ReggieEvansEjectionWatch: 1……Deron: 33 points, 14 assists. Joe: 24 points, six rebounds, four assists. Brook: 24 points, six rebounds……No MarShon Brooks. Wasn't injured, so I guess he's in P.J.'s doghouse for some reason……Stack added 13 off the bench as C.J. scored 10. Production from all around.

Looking Ahead

Nets head up north to Toronto to take on the Raptors tomorrow afternoon.
