Toko and Tyshawn both spent much of the 2012-13 season with the Armor. Looks they'll be heading back to Springfield yet again

The Brooklyn Nets have made their first official assignment of players to their D-League affiliate of the 2013-14 season, sending Toko Shengelia and Tyshawn Taylor to the Springfield Armor.

According to the Nets' press release of the move, the Armor's training camp starts tomorrow, so Toko and Tyshawn were sent down so they can join their teammates when it begins. Shengelia put up incredible numbers in 10 games in Springfield last year, averaging 24.3 points and 8.2 rebounds per contest. Tyshawn put up equally impressive stats in eight games with the Armor, scoring 24.6 points and dishing out 7.5 assists per.

The two made the Nets out of training camp, but neither appeared in any of Brooklyn's first four games this season and were widely expected to be moved to the Armor at some point in November.
