Leonard Nimoy, Spock from the Star Trek franchise, passed away this morning at age 83. He was suffering from end-stage COPD.
Characteristic with all we know about Nimoy and Spock, he left the stage with grace and class. His last tweet is a sure-fire instant classic.
A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP

Trekkies know the meaning of “LLAP.”
As Spock said to Kirk, “I am and have always been your friend.”
Rest well, brother.
