The Devils have acquired forward Tuomo Ruutu from the Carolina Hurricane for center Andrei Loktionov. and a conditional third-round pick in 2017.
Loktionov had 4 goals for NJ while Ruutu has 5 goals but carrys a hefty contract of 2 years at 4.75 per with him.
