The two sessions, brunch from 1:00-4:00 PM and the evening session from 7:00-10:00 PM, will charge a $59 entry fee.

While carnivores will be awestruck at the massive amounts of bacon, you won’t see this delicious meat cooked like grandma used to make it. This will be a festival of culinary expertise, featuring dishes that highlight bacon such as bacon cupcakes, bacon s’mores, and peanut butter bacon burgers. Restaurants from all over the area will feature their best bacon-inspired dishes, and all areas of the culinary world will be featured at the Classic.

In addition, the festival will feature thirty of the finest breweries that the twin cities have to offer. Everyone from Mankato Brewery to Goose Island Beer Company will have a chance to serve their best beers. Participants will be judged on their most unique beers and interesting takes on how to serve this salted pork product.

Not only can entry to this all-you-can-eat event be had for just $59, but there are also other admission options as well. Festival-goers can purchase V.I.P tickets for $99, and enter the festival one hour before general admission starts. In addition, those fans have the opportunity to gain access to the warning track and dugout VIP areas. Currently, Minnesota Twins tickets are averaging $56.67 and Minnesota Wild tickets for the upcoming season are averaging $167.74 on the secondary market, according to TiqIQ. However, this is truly a unique way to gain entry to the dugout and diamond at Target Field.

Bacon fans and festival-goers will need to pack their appetite when coming to Target Field, as both general admission and V.I.P. tickets are all-inclusive, and serve as all-you-can eat passes for the event. The event will truly be heaven for any bacon or beer junkies in the Minneapolis area!
