Jimmy Clausen had his Pro day for NFL scouts today. By all accounts, it went really well- but in all likelihood it didn’t put him ahead of Sam Bradford. Jimmy completed 57 of 59 passes, with both incompletions going to Robby Parris on deep balls. Clausen was probably unable to adjust from a 4.4 Golden Tate to a 5.0 Robby Parris. He shouldn’t have that problem in the league. Brian Hamilton (Chicago Tribune) has a nice write-up, as will many others.
On a quirky not, Jimmy was interviewed by Todd McShay and Jimmy did NOT bash his fucking face in. That’s leadership!
