Ugh. The off-season holds too many surprises. Notre Dame tight end, Mike Ragone, was arrestesd Saturday morning on possession of Marijuana charges, along with a 21 year old girl.
I hope Irish fans don’t go overboard with this one. He didn’t punch your grandma in the tit, or sleep with your wife and sister… he got caught with a little dope. I may be in the minority here, but I just don’t care about a little weed. This is college, and whether it be underage drinking, or smoking some grass, or even the occasional catnip binges- this stuff is going to happen.
I don’t clown on other schools players for getting caught with some of the sticky icky, and I am sure as shit not going to throw a hypocritical nose in the air over this. All that needs to be said is that this sucks because of Notre Dame’s Student Gestapo… Res Life.
We will have to wait to find out much of anything, but if Michael Floyd was given a citation for underage drinking ( a misdemeanor) and Mike Ragone’s charge of Marijuana possession (also a misdemeanor) holds up- then Ragone deserves the same treatment that Floyd got from both Kelly and Res Life.
