First and foremost, my sincerest apologies for the complete lack of posts in over a week. There are a ton of reasons excuses to give you, but it won’t change anything will it?
One of the projects that Subway Domer has been getting itself ready for is this “Notre Dame Draft.” The “owners” of the “teams” in this draft are the following:
- Her Loyal Sons
- We Never Graduate
- UHND
- Domer Law
- Irish Illustrated
- Subway Domer
As you can see, the 6 members make up a very nice mix of web personalities from across the Notre Dame Blogosphere.
The task is simple. Draft a team made up of an offense, defense, and special teamers using Irish players from 1990-2010. 20 years worth of rosters are at our disposal, and it will be interesting to see how the boys of Holtz, Davie, Weis, Willingham, and Kelly mesh together.
You can follow along with the draft ticker in the right-hand sidebar. I will post some updates throughout the process, but the ticker will have a “live” feel to it. After the draft is over, you can expect a team summery from everyone, and I’m sure they will all say the exact same thing- “The Subway Domer Disciples are much. much better than we are. All Hail SD!”
