Tickets can be found for Notre Dame Senior Night for just $10

Although Notre Dame aren’t in contention for a regular season ACC title, they dusted themselves off nicely after their slip up against Syracuse on February 24th.

Eight days off gave No. 12 Notre Dame plenty of time to address several areas and recharge, and the only concern was whether the Fighting Irish might be rusty against No. 16 Louisville. But that wasn’t the case, as the Fighting Irish went into Louisville and beat the Cardinals by 12 points, albeit without Chris Jones, who is no longer with the team. It was a strong effort by the Irish after the aforementioned disappointing defeat.

Notre Dame (25-5, 13-4) sits in third in the ACC standings trailing Duke by one game with one game remaining. With the win, Notre Dame secured a double-bye in the conference tournament. A team that had eight days off before the game against Louisville will have another break after their final game against Clemson on March 7th.

It’ll be an emotional night for the Irish, as seniors Jerian Grant and Pat Connaughton are playing their final home games at the Purcell Pavilion at Joyce Center. According to TiqIQ.com, the average ticket price is $36 with a walk-in price of $10.

Grant and Connaughton lead the team in scoring, averaging 16.7 and 12.8 points per game respectively. Connaughton leads the team in rebounds with 7.9 per game and Grant leads the team in assists with 6.6 per game. They are the two central figures of this Notre Dame team and will receive their rightful recognition for their services at the game. Grant is in the conversation for the Jerry West Award, which is an award for the best college shooting guard. Connaughton’s future will come in the MLB, as he has more talent on the pitching mound than on the basketball court, which is hard to imagine.

Notre Dame fans or basketball fans in general should attempt to get to this game to celebrate the careers of two standout Notre Dame basketball players. Hipmunk will have your Indianapolis flights ready to make your trip easy, along with the option to reserve Indianapolis hotels for those looking to enjoy the state of Indiana.

There would be no better send off than a deep run in the NCAA Tournament. They have the pieces to compete with any team in the country, and if they’re hitting 3-point shots than watch out for the Irish to take down some high profile programs.
