Sean Couturier Out 4 Weeks With Lower Body Injury

Awful news for the Flyers today as Sean Couturier will be out 4 weeks after sustaining a lower body injury in Nashville.

INJURY UPDATE: Sean Couturier will out approximately 4 weeks with a lower-body injury, per #Flyers GM Ron Hextall.

The man affectionately known as “Coots” has been a fan favorite of late and his absence could affect the Flyers’ playoff hopes.

No word yet on who will replace Couturier in the lineup. However, one could speculate that newly acquired Jordan Weal could see his first consistent action as a Flyer.
