Bruce Gradkowski has officially been named the starter over Jason Campbell for Sunday’s game in Arizona against the Cardinals.
The Raider Nation can breathe a sigh of relief. They have been wanting Gradkowski to start on Sunday after he came in and the team responded. However, Al Davis’s earlier comment about Jason Campbell reminding him of Jim Plunkett echoed through their minds.
However, those fears were unfounded as Tom Cable officially named Gradkowski the starter today, and the decision was made in consultation with offensive coordinator Hue Jackson and Coach Al Davis.
