Fire & Ice; The Gruden/Dungy Coaching methods

On the sideline, you couldn’t tell if the Bucs were getting beat 30-0  or losing by the same score. Tony Dungy had a quiet demeanor about him that it seems many long for today. Or is it just the fans that dont like the Chest-bumping style of current HC Raheem Morris. People forget the fist pumping days of Jon Gruden, and the fire he brought to the Bucs sideline in the form of intensity. Now if you are a a fan who wants a coach, like Dungy, who has the respect of the players in a father like image, I would have to remind you that neither coaching method has been proven to be better than the rest. For every Tom Landry patrolling the sideline ever so stoically, There is a Dick Vermiel crying it up at a post game interview. Emotions play a deep part in the respect factor too. Jon Gruden’s message got old after a while. He would say one thing then do another. But if you liked Gruden but dont like Raheem Morrs for  his antics on the sideline, you may not want to closely examine this video footage of a 2006 football game! Simeon Rice after his sack comes over to the sideline where a jumping Jon Gruden clearly Chest Bumps Rice! Oh and that is a DEFENSIVE player Gruden is doing that with!
