When considering character, both sides of the nickle must be heard

What does a coin and a story have in common?  Both absolutely, positively, always, have two sides. Mike Williams is a wide receiver that was supposed to go higher than the 4th round, but there were character issues. The academic dishonesty for example is at the heart of the story surrounding the young receiver.

Mike
Mike Williams faces the Music now rather than earlier, unlike the moral of our story did.
One need only think back to a linebacker from Florida State who took part in the Foot Locker scandal, and accepted gifts improperly according to NCAA rules, and was suspended from playing. This Linebacker took two sweatshirts and a shrimp dinner, but he admitted what he did and took his punishment. That linebacker was the double nickle himself, Derrick Brooks, and his fellow draft mate Warren Sapp also had some issues going into the draft. The Bucs couldn’t find two better leaders on their team. If Williams is half as good as either of those two, the fourth round will be the steal of the draft. Does that mean everyone deserves a second chance? Well in life, yes. But in football, you have to get to the bottom of the story, have to look at both sides of the coin. If you dug deep into Derrick Brooks, you would have found coach Bobby Bowden back up Mr. Brooks character. The Bucs, having known that their efforts were going to be geared almost exclusively towards the draft, were able to really focus on these players they targeted and get to the heart of their situations. There is the old saying, dont judge a book by its cover. Well make sure you look closely at the heads AND the tails of each coin you toss up too.
