Going into the Bye Week, the Bucs were 4-4. Problem was they were 4-2 at one point, then lost two games in a row and 3 of the last 4 with home losses to the Jaguars and LIons. Coming to town: The Arizona Cardinals with some major weapons. Kurt Warner, Edgarin James, Anquan Bouldin, and Larry Fitzgerald all stars on the offense. In hindsight, this team was SuperBowl bound in the not to distant future. Larry Fitzgerald almost put the game into an early Cardinal favor with his catch that he inexplicably ran out of bounds after he caught it. The only thing in front of him was the endzone, but no one will ever know why he angled out of bounds. That’s not the worst part though, as the Cards are attempting a comeback, Warner throws a ball interecpted by Jermaine Philips, which is clearly ruled incorrect as he is out of bounds with his second foot. Problem is the time was 2:28 left in the 4th, and Weisenhunt was out of Time Outs and thus could not call for a review. If the play happens 30 seconds later the booth can call for a reveiw. But..Cardinals players did not take the loss well; one of them did some fooling around with the ball while the Bucs were in victory formation. Its pretty funny actually, when your on the winning side.
