The Brews tied the finale 4-4 in the 8th Wednesday afternoon in Pittsburgh, and a series win looked possible. But Turnbow’s dark side re-emerged, and T.D. gave up a pair of walks and a pair of hits, leading to 3 earned runs and a loss for the Brewers.
Starter Dave Bush was not overly impressive, either–4 ER in 4 IP and a pair of walks set the Crew in the hole 4-0 after three; Ryan Braun went 2-for-4 before the day off tomorrow.
