Continuing out 2010 Lookback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, we are focusing on our backup quarterback with seemingly unlimited athleticism. Look at the video and how he almost loses the ball yet maintains his concentration and turns what could have been a disaster into a positive gain.
Josh Johnson couldn’t be more different from Josh Freeman, except they both know how to run that is. Some feel the Bucs would be better served with a more experienced veteran backup, making J.J. trade bait.
Perhaps that may happen one day, but Head Coach Raheem Morris made it clear in 2009, that J.J. is the career backup.
