Just when you thought all news was bad news because of Players not approving a contract tampered with at the last minuted by the other party, when lo and behold a player does something amazing, unprecendented, and totally “Social Media”!
Yesterday, Gerald McCoy, Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle #93, posted a tweet at 3PM “Any of my Tampa Tweeps (followers on Twitter) going to see Captain America? If so you may not have to pay.”
He followed it up with a more direct offer: Meet me under the Imax sign and first 15 people will get tickets to Captain America 3D!
McCoy even went as far as buying the snacks for everyone.
