• Buccaneers Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Kurtis Shultz spent two seasons (2004- 05) as the Minnesota Vikings Head Strength & Conditioning Coach under former head coach, Mike Tice.

• Buccaneers Defensive Line Coach Keith Millard was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings with the 13th overall pick in the 1984 NFL Draft. In 1989 he registered 18 sacks and earned his second consecutive Pro Bowl invitation and third consecutive All-Pro honor. He was also named the 1989 NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
