Interested in writing about the NBA’s lottery teams and the NBA Draft? We are looking for writers!
The NBA’s lottery teams are often overlooked by mainstream media for various reasons. There are exceptions of course, as the Philadelphia 76ers have come under increased spotlight due to their recent efforts at stockpiling assets. Still, lottery teams simply aren’t given the same sort of coverage as playoff teams unless they play in a big market or provide a storyline that grabs the attention of the national media. As a result, quality NBA players and coaches can get left out of the conversation. The Lottery Mafia looks to remedy that by covering the players and teams others may not be talking about, along with covering the NBA draft.
We are looking for writers who share our passion for writing about the NBA’s lottery teams and the draft. Your responsibilities would be writing at least one article a week, along with contributing to ideas that would help the site grow. Writers old and current have gone on to write for sites such as SB Nation, ESPN’s True Hoop Network, Fansided and more.
