Josh Freeman was walking away from the line, Jeremy Zuttah snapped the ball when he saw the foot of a Saint cross the line of scrimage. Ball went 20 yards back and was fallen upon by Kregg Lumpkin. The Bucs were ‘lucky’ because they had a false start on 70 Left Tackle Donald Penn.
Problem is, Penn doesnt move until the ball is snapped, and the Saints player is offsides.
