Andrew Brant writes his MMQ article that discusses the whole Schiano/Freeman mess, but shines a little light on Schiano's practices.

According to the article, several players have reported to their agents that coaches roam the locker room ( an area that players can be away from coaches) but even more creepy and that fall in line with the "Deumig" view of Schiano as a dictator, video tapes players on the sideline to see if they are smiling or horseplaying during losses.
Of course, looking at the other side of this, wasnt this a problem under Raheem Morris during the end? Reporters came out after Morris' dismissal and talked about Bucs players that were hooting and hollering in the locker room even though they lost a game by 3 TDs.
Take this with a grain of salt, it can go either way, but its starting to add more light to the anti Schiano camp, an area that is getting more light every day.
