Up and coming Bucs defensive tackle Akeem Spence will soon find out that he picked the wrong coach to get arrested under. New Head Coach Lovie Smith is very much like his mentor Tony Dungy who was notorious for cutting players who found themselves on the wrong side of the law.
Spence was clocked driving upwards of 100 MPH and then when pulled over an unspecified amount of marjuana was found. Spence was a 4th round pick in last year's draft and was considered an upstart lineman for the Bucs last season.
Lovie Smith had Chicago Bear players arrested before and kept them on the roster. It may be a case by case basis for Smith who may have more patience than Dungy.
