The Jaguars hold an all-time lead of 6-3 in the preseason series and downed the Buccaneers in Jacksonville, 19-13 (8/28/10) in the last preseason action between the two clubs.

Jacksonville claimed each of the last four contests, including winning three in Jacksonville: a 29-24 win in 1998 and a 17-10 victory in 2003, and the last meeting, a 41-14 victory in 2011. In 2007, the Jaguars won a tight contest in Tampa, 24-23.
