The Saints had a huge number of forced turnovers and defensive touchdowns in 2009. In 2010 the number of big plays the defense created dropped dramatically. While the Saints still stripped the ball free often, the number of interceptions they caught was down to just 9 this season after 26 in 2009. He made a terrific jump on a ball thrown by Jimmy Clausen and found his way to the end zone from there to seal the fate of the Panthers in that game.
