With the full NFL schedule set to be released at 6pm, word has leaked that the Green Bay Packers will host the New Orleans Saints on Thursday, September 8th to open the 2011 NFL regular season. Jeff Duncan also confirmed this via his twitter account. This would be the 3rd time in 5 years that the Saints will open the NFL season with the lone Thursday night game.
Now get this labor deal squared away so we can actually watch this game happen!!
