Ok, I was a bit negative last week. Saints are not weak, Saints are weird. The comment on borderline still stands. Andrew was so nice to “correct” that to bipolar in last weeks post, while in fact he is making a common mistake. Read this and know that bipolar is something that has to do with an illness while borderline has to do with a personality disorder. I think it is a personality disorder rather then a sickness in this case. Anyway, enough medical mumbo jumbo. Knowledge of a difference between both is something you would probably only get when you are dating a psychologist. Lets hope the Falcons meet the Saints on a good day. Not that I myself want them in the post season so badly, but I just do not want them to lose to the Falcons.
On to the Cold predictions of last week. None of the guys had anything close. On you guys contributing to these posts; RickySpanish had it correct when he Said the Saints would force at least 2 turnovers (3 in fact) and that that Cutler would get sacked 4 times was conservative with 7 sacks! SaintsWillWIn called a positive result in the turnover battle, Critter4319’s bold prediction of winning out still holds and CharlieB721 had it correct with Saints winning and >3 3-rd down stops. Though that was not bold, it was really cold though 😀
So this week this is what we think will happen:
Andrew Juge
- Matt Ryan is sacked by Akiem Hicks and knocked out of the game for at least one play.
- Both teams score over 35.
Neer Shah
- Matt Ryan gets sacked more than twice as much as Brees does.
- Nick Toon breaks a 50+ yard TD catch & run.
- Graham goes for 175 yards & 3 TDs.
- Pierre Warren gets a pick six.
Marijn Pessers
- Junior Galette sacks Matt Ryan and celebrates by taking a dump on him or showing off his Bra.
- At least one Saint will get flagged celebrating a TD.
- Saints get at least 5 sacks.
- Matt Ryan hears ‘the brown sound’ on third down.
