Cam Jordan will be a Saint for a while. This is a move that gives the Saints cap flexibility this year and locks up their best young defender. Jordan is a keeper, make no doubt about it. He’s strong against the run, he’s a good pass rusher, he bats balls at the line of scrimmage and he plays hard. This was a no brainer.
