Stupar is a sub linebacker that stands out on special teams. He seems like a solid replacement for Ramon Humber, nothing more nothing less. I view this as similar to the Will Herring signing of years ago. Nothing to get overly excited about, but a guy that will bring value to the 53 man roster and find himself a niche role somewhere. Stupar was drafted by the Raiders in the 7th round and has since played for the Jaguars, 49ers, Falcons and now Saints.
