On Saturday afternoon, the Drexel Dragons defeated the Old Dominion Monarchs 73-72. The Dragons finished up the regular season on a 17 game winning streak. Dragons freshman guard Damion Lee led the team in points with 24. For the Monarchs, G/F Kent Bazemore led both teams in scoring with 37 points.
Drexel finishes up the season (25-5, 16-2 CAA) and has the number one seed in the CAA Tournament. This Dragons team looks poised to make a run in the NCAA Tournament, when they get in.
