Sixers Possible Plans for Bynum: Recreating A Familiar Offense

Andrew Bynum lived off of consistent dumps down low for easy buckets from former Los Angeles Lakers teammate Pau Gasol last season.

Could Philadelphia execute a similar high-low offense for Bynum with Spencer Hawes playing the high-post role?

It seems as if Hawes could do just that, since he and former teammate Elton Brand connected on numerous high-low post passes throughout the 2011-2012 NBA regular season and playoffs.

It is hard to imagine the lane being bombarded with defenders trying to stop Bynum from getting easy baskets, especially since there is an abundance of new knockdown shooters surrounding the two-time NBA champion.

Head coach Doug Collins will have a lot of new offensive options to ensure that his new big man is a happy productive player this upcoming season.

With that being said, the new-look Sixers and their fans should be very excited for the 2012-2013 NBA season.
