Phillies Outfielder Domonic Brown has been really good this year. He is one of the Phillies two all stars. An injury to him would really hurt the Phillies.
According to beat writer Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly, Dom Brown has concussion like symptoms after hitting his head off of the ground while diving for a ball hit by Carlos Beltran on Wednesday night. He is definitely going to miss tomorrow’s game in St. Louis, and if Brown continues to feel these symptoms throughout the week, then he could be placed on the 7-day concussion disabled list. That could really hurt the Phils, because they have a 3 game series coming up against the Detroit Tigers, and will need every little bit of offense that they can get.
The Phillies training staff will be watching Dom very closely over the next few days.
