2013-14 New York Knicks Season Preview

i

Last year, the New York Knicks finished the season with a record of 54-28. That is very good. They had a somewhat active offseason, and I think they made some nice moves.

Knicks 2013-14 MVP Prediction: Carmelo Anthony: Carmelo Anthony is a six foot eight small forward out of Syracuse. This upcoming season will be Anthony’s eleventh season in the NBA. He averaged 28.7 points, and 6.9 rebounds per game last season. That is really amazing. He has the ability to make shots in traffic like nobody else. He could be the best scorer in the NBA, and that’s why I think that he will be the most valuable player on the Knicks this season.

A Player That Knicks Fans Need To Look Out For This Season: Andrea Bargnani: Andrea Bargnani is a seven foot tall power forward for the New York Knicks. Bargnani was the first overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft. He has been a pretty good player over the course of his career, but he didn’t do too well last season. He averaged 12.7 points, and 3.7 rebounds per game in the 37 games that he played. That’s not bad at all, but it is significantly worse than seasons he has had before that. His main issue is injuries. He has faced multiple injuries over the course of his career, and that has to stop. He has such a high potential, and I think that he will remind people that with a tremendous season this year.

Knicks 2013-14 Season Prediction: 55-28: The Knicks had a great season last year, and I am expecting them to follow that up with another great season this year. They are loaded with star players, and I think that they will be a legitimate threat to Eastern Conference opponents this year.
