Philadelphia 76ers: Nerlens Noel expects to play in Summer League

The moment that all Sixer fans have been waiting for will have to wait until after the NBA Draft and into the Summer League. I mention the Summer League because that seems like that will be the time when Nerlens Noel will finally play real game of organized basketball. I know I can’t wait and I know Sixer fans can’t either.

Just like fans, Noel has been itching to get back on the court. In article written by Chris A. Vito of the Delaware County Daily Times, Noel said “I’m definitely itching to get back at it, get the feel of the game back and be out there ballin’.” As a basketball fan, I am happy to hear that Noel wants to get back on the court because that means he still has a lot to prove.

Noel also went on to say that “Playing as much pick-up (basketball) as I can. Working on single aspects of my game,” when talking about how he is going to improve his game.

I’m pretty sure we will see Nerlens Noel starting for your Sixers in the 2014-15 season and you will definitely see him playing both in the Orlando and Las Vegas Summer League if the Sixers play in both.

The future is bright for the Philadelphia 76ers and #TogetherWeBuild is starting to become a way of life for this franchise.
