If you haven’t noticed NBA Draft season is underway and if you couldn’t tell by the rumors that are flying around, then you must have been sleeping under a rock.
If you are a Philadelphia 76ers or Los Angeles Lakers fan hold on to your seat with this latest NBA Draft rumor. According to Steve Kyler of Basketball Insiders, he has heard that the Sixers and Lakers are talking about a deal involving the seventh overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.
Hearing Lakers and 76ers have been talking about dealing involving the #7 heading to Philly. Unclear what comes back to LA

This is very interesting news to hear because there have been rumblings about the Philadelphia 76ers trying to acquire another top 10 pick in the draft. For the Lakers, they have a lot of cap room because their roster is only occupied by a few players including Kobe Bryant.
Another reason why this is interesting because earlier in the day ESPN Radio Host Ryen Russillo tweeted this:
More Embiid fallout. Lakers could move Nash and #7 to Philly for MCW and T Young. 76ers would take Exum at #3.

Obviously, we do not know if this trade rumor has any kind of legs to it yet but it’s definitely something worth to keep your eye on. In my opinion, I highly doubt the Sixers would move Michael Carter-Williams but if they do draft Dante Exum, it would make MCW expendable.
