Let the NBA trade rumor mill continue to churn as NBA free agency continues. In this latest trade rumor, the Indiana Pacers are trying to pull the Boston Celtics and Phoenix Suns together in a multi-team deal.

According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, there are whispers out there that the Pacers trying to get a deal together that involves Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo.

With this latest rumor, it all but seems like the Pacers are trying to upgrade the point guard position which is currently occupied by George Hill, who by all means did not have a fantastic playoffs. In this proposed trade rumor, the Indiana Pacers would be getting Goran Dragic, who was the NBA’s Most Improved Player this season, the Phoenix Suns would be getting Rajon Rondo but we do not know who the Celtics would be getting in return.

The Celtics’ return is still a wait and see in this trade rumor but regardless it seems like the Pacers are trying to change the culture of this team as Lance Stephenson has not been signed yet and George Hill could be out of a starting spot.
